Our client is a leading testing, investigation and monitoring company offering consultancy services to the construction and rail sectors across London and the Southeast. They are seeking a science graduate to join their busy consultancy team as a Technologist.
The role involves visiting customer sites across London to undertake sampling and air monitoring including:
Asbestos air monitoring
Asbestos surveying
Air quality assessments
Dust and vibration monitoring
Soil and environmental sampling
The data collected is used to compile technical reports required by customers.
Candidate:
Science graduate in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, Geoscience, Earth Science, Materials Science, Physics or related subject.
Some relevant employment history highly desirable, such as field work, site work or laboratory.
Non-graduates with relevant site experience also considered.
Full UK driving licence required.
Some experience of, or willingness to, work on site and outdoors in all weathers as necessary.
Flexible and able to work late shifts, weekends and nights as and when required.
Full training provided in a variety of monitoring techniques.
Candidates should live locally to NW London.
