Graduate Teaching Assistants and aspiring PGCE students required for Teaching Assistant roles in primary schools across Greater Manchester.

Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Positions for Graduates and Aspiring PGCE Students.

Working alongside experienced TA's and teachers to help your development.
Full time roles starting now and in September for the full academic year.
Aspire People are currently recruiting graduates who are considering a career in primary education or teaching in the future for roles starting ASAP and for roles starting in September.

These roles will not only secure full time employment as a teaching assistant following the completion of your degree, but it also gives you a clear and concise pathway onto a potential school based initial teacher training programme or experience to apply for your own PGCE. We work with a number of primary schools across Greater Manchester that are very keen to add several graduate teaching assistants to their staff team.
The ideal graduate teaching assistant would have some school/child based experience but this is not essential. The role would be carrying out small group interventions with a focus on maths, reading & writing and speaking, one to one support with SEN and lower ability students and general class support. A great opportunity for any budding future teachers.

* Graduates of Maths, English, Psychology, Education Studies, Science, Arts etc.
* Aspiring teachers.
* Small group work with literacy, numeracy and phonics.
* Supported and trained by head teacher and SLT.
