Group Finance Manager

Your new role
In this highly visible role, you will have full responsibility for the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and managing the audit. Alongside this, you will business partner with senior stakeholders to prepare detailed analysis of monthly management accounts to Group timescales, including comparisons to prior year, budget, forecasts, and commentary. You will also ensure that all financials comply with IFRS reporting standards and be mindful of new standards which need to be adopted.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA - with the client's preference being ACA), with previous experience of working within a complex organisation or group structure. You'll have strong communication skills and be able to adapt and communicate with colleagues/stakeholders at various levels. You'll have a strong personality, produce competency and behaviour frameworks, with the ability to influence and drive decisions in a qualified team.
