This is the perfect opportunity a keen and qualified Accountant (1st time practice mover or industry professional) looking to join a business that can offer personal and professional growth and development! This highly acquisitive business sits firmly within the Top 3 in its field, a dynamic and thriving industry, is active in over 26 countries, and is enjoying sustained growth in its market.

The senior leadership team have embraced a culture of support, development and continual improvement - your voice as Group Reporting Accountant will be heard! Hard work is recognised and opportunities for progression are promoted from within.

The offices are smart and the atmosphere dynamic, but if you'd prefer to work from home 3 days a week, then that's totally ok! The bonus is practically guaranteed, the pension enhanced and as much training and development as you can cope with!

You'll be mentored by a highly skilled and knowledgeable Big 4, who is keen for his team to progress and to fulfil their career potential - you won't be micromanaged, but rather you'll be given the autonomy to deliver and make changes, challenging the status quo at every turn!

The role will be broad and yes, it'll involve the usual consolidation of IFRS accounts, UK stat accounts, forecasting and budgeting, tax and audit, however this role offers critical exposure to senior management, management responsibilities and the chance to get involved in the whole end-to-end business, including acquisitions.
