Guidewire Tech lead

(Policy Center, Claim Center, Integration) - ACE Certified

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, and Integration solutions.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire platform architecture, design, and development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

• Design and develop Guidewire integrations with third-party systems and external data sources.

• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance for resolution.

• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6- 8 years of relevant experience working with Guidewire Policy Center, Claims Center, and Integration (ACE certified).

• ACE certification in Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, or Integration.

• Proficiency in Guidewire configuration, customization, and integration techniques.

• Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts and processes is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
