Tonic are excited to be recruiting a Head Chef for our client's fresh food contract catering operation in London. This site will be the base for providing a number of sites across London with various offers throughout the day, including grab-and-go, sandwiches and high-level hospitality. This role will suit a detail-orientated Head Chef with a solid background in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens. You'll create an excellent working environment for your team and a first-class food offering.

This is a 7-day operation, with core hours of 07:00 am - 15:30 pm (Overtime, if required)

What we are looking for in Head Chef candidates:

• Head Chef experience within high-volume B&I, Hotels, Production and/or Events
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• A collaborative, positive and engaging personality
• A genuine passion for food
• Fantastic people management skills
