An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a well-known organisation in Essex that is experiencing a significant period of growth with ambitious plans for this to continue.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Finance that will take full control of the P&L and Balance Sheet and deliver a range of first-class reporting. You will partner with key business decision makers up to director level, to help drive, influence and shape financial plans and advise on the future direction of the business.

You will also focus on supporting the Commercial teams during the annual business planning process, lead on and support the Finance Director on growth opportunities, whilst maintaining a tight control over costs.

We are looking for someone that has worked in a complex management structure, who is driven to succeed and move their career to the next level over the coming years.

The candidate: -
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant.
  • It is likely you will have significant post qualified experience and worked within a FTSE listed organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Partnering and Commercial delivery support, and a passion for building successful relationships with the business and group functions.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Proven track record in demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to present a compelling argument through written, numerical and oral presentations.
