This is a great opportunity for an established Head of Finance or someone looking for the next step in their career to join this fantastic East Kent based business.

This is a senior role within the business and will form part of the strategic leadership team that also involves motivating and managing a small finance team, plus others to achieve the team goals and objectives. The job focus is about the efficient running of the end-to-end finances, making sure statutory obligations and company financials are met alongside providing intuitive management information (cashflows, profit & loss, balance sheet, financial analysis and other specialist reports) ensuring these are produced to deadlines. To undertake this role efficiently, very good levels of communication will need to be kept with individuals working in all of the different parts of the business.

You will need to be an accomplished Finance professional with a relevant financial qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA and either be actively working in a Head of Finance or Finance Managers role or seeking a progressive step up to a leadership position. Prior experience of managing a small team is expected as is a demonstrated ability to manage an end to end finance function. To undertake this role effectively, you will need to demonstrate good level of commercialism, alongside strong communication and stakeholder skills in order to engage across all areas of the of the business.

On offer is a salary of c£55,000 dependant on experience plus hybrid, flexible working, 25 days holiday, volunteering days and private medical. #11635
