My client is a Chartered and award-winning IFA in London who due to internal restructure are looking for a dynamic, strong people manager who is Level 4 diploma qualified and experienced in overseeing and influencing business processes.

You will play a pivotal role in the business and take full responsibility for the management of the paraplanning and administration team. Leading with coaching and development, experience with 1on1’s and supporting career development and opportunities within. Oversee and management of overall processes and workflow and influencing a positive journey for clients alongside using technology to support this.

You must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate influence with internal heads and partner well with advisers to ensure delivery of advice and the supported internal infrastructure meets the highest standards for both clients and wider team.

This is an exciting and challenging role for a diploma qualified (Cii, CISI, LIBF) Manager who has demonstrable success within a Management/Operations and business processing role, it is key you have managed paraplanners and administrators and worked with senior stakeholders to influence and improve deliver of advice and ensuring client’s objectives are continuously at the heart of everything they do.
