Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Science department.
• Develop and implement a cohesive curriculum that aligns with national standards.
• Monitor student progress and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Lead professional development for science teachers.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-curricular opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree in a science-related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting.
• Passion for science education and a commitment to student success.
