Your new company
Your new company is well-known within the retail and manufacturing sector, specialising in natural, organic and sustainable products and services. They are looking for a Health & Safety Officer on a FTC (Maternity Cover) for up to 12 months. The role is open to both full-time and part-time hours with a pro rata salary.

Your new role
In your new role as a health and safety officer, you will oversee, coordinate, support and advise the manufacturing and retail business on all aspects regarding Health & Safety. To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communication, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with health & safety within the business are adhered to. You will keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety and welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold a NEBOSH General Certificate, and 2 - 5 years recent and relevant experience within a Health & Safety manufacturing role in the UK. You will need to have the Rights to Work and hold a Driving Licence.
