Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in their search for an Health & Safety Manager to work in Nottingham.

For the successful Health & Safety Manager our client is offering:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 p/annum DOE
  • 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday  
  • Permanent Role
  • Benefits: 25 plus bank holidays, BI-Annual Bonus, Statutory pension contributions 3 and 5%, 

The role - Health & Safety Manager: 

  • Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with current regulations and legislation
  • Visit client site to oversee health and safety on site / during projects
  • Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence - RIDDOR
  • Carry out site audits to monitor and improve our site operations
  • Visit customer sites to actively carry out audits and overviews on health and safety during project work

What our client is looking for in an Health & Safety Manager:

  • Previous experience as a health and safety manager - ESSENTIAL
  • Qualified with NEBOSH - ESSENTIAL
  • Any certifications / qualifications for auditing - DESIREABLE
  • Exposure working in a construction, engineering or manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL
