HEALTHCARE SOLICITOR (INQUESTS), 3+ YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, TO £75,000 (DOE) - Award winning law firm seeking advocacy specialist to handle inquests work. Job ref: MD5745

• New opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with a proven track record in litigation and advocacy to work with healthcare sector specialists handling a caseload of inquests cases.
• Applications are sought from Healthcare Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE.
• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of inquest matters for various healthcare Trusts and organisations, attending hearings and inquests conducting your own advocacy as well as accompanying counsel
• It is essential that you are a proven advocate – experience in inquests, Court of Protection and Mental health matters would be a distinct advantage.
• You will be a well organised team-player, with excellent communication and time management skills
