HGV Class 2 Drivers Wanted

Job Details: Class 2 Driver (ad hoc)

Contract: Temporary

GI Group are currently recruiting for several Class 2 drivers for our client based in Queensbury BD14

Class 2 days- £16 per hour
Shifts / Start times will vary
* Start time of Between 06:00 & 07:00 am
* Monday to Friday
* A MINIMUM of 2 nights out a week
* Shifts vary between 8 to 15 hours
* £14 per hour
* Night out rate of £26.20

Main Duties will include:
- Securing loads
- Delivering safely to both retail outlets and businesses throughout the UK
- prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

The Candidate:

- A positive attitude and work ethic, always keen to learn new skills
- No more than 3 penalty points
- Valid, in date Tachograph & CPC
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English to adhere to health and safety requirements
- Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Have tail lift and curtain side experience
