HGV Driver

HGV Class 2 Driver | £35 000pa| Poole 

Purpose 

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, working as part of a well-established and successful specialist distribution business, you'll be a permanent member of the team working within a driving and customer service function.  

You’ll benefit from: A Monday to Friday permanent job, excellent working and sleeping facilities, overnight stay allowance for accommodation and food. Opportunity to earn extra money through great overtime incentives.

Responsibilities 

As a HGV Class 2 driver your responsibilities will include: 

• Driving a HGV lorry in a safe manner 
• Staying away for 3-4 nights per week (stay allowance is given)
• Meeting and delivering to existing customers 
• Loading and unloading light stock 
• Stock checking and maintaining stock accuracy 

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you must have: 

• ADR certificate  
• Excellent customer service skills with an approachable disposition 
• A full HGV Class 2 licence
• A current CPC qualification and digi tacho card
