Tradewind is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the SK4 area of Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for HLTAs, confident Level 3 Teaching Assistants, or ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

What you'll do:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons to small groups of students.
  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
  • Step in to cover classrooms when needed, ensuring a smooth learning environment.

Are you the perfect fit?

  • You have a genuine passion for education and a desire to support children.
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You are patient, adaptable, and have a positive and encouraging attitude.
  • You possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) for experienced candidates, or are an HLTA or ECT eager to learn.
