We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Hospitality Operations Manager to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of various events hosted on the campus. From academic conferences to cultural festivals and weddings, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of each event.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless coordination between various departments to deliver exceptional events.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during events promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine pairings.
  • Experience in training and developing staff members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints with professionalism and tact.
