Housing Management Solicitor

Our client is a leading regional Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked firm. It is looking to expand its Housing Management team in Manchester with the addition of a new solicitor or legal executive. This opportunity would see you join one of the largest housing management teams in the country that acts for a significant client base of Social Housing associations on matters ranging from housing condition claims, possession claims and anti-social behaviour.

You will also work close with the asset management team which handles housing condition claims, due to a recent influx in instructions both pre-litigated and litigated they are looking to find a candidate looking to focus on defendant housing conditions claims from start to finish. Advocacy experience is preferred but not essential in this position.

To be considered for this role you must have an interest in the social housing sector as well as hands on experience manging both pre-litigated and litigated HDR files under minimal supervision.
