Our client, a leading mental health and homeless pathway charity, is seeking a dedicated Housing Worker to join their team and provide a high-quality housing management service to individuals with mental health and related support needs. This temp - permanent role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in B&NES, Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, ensuring that service users can achieve their hopes and ambitions.
  • Support service users in achieving recovery and wellbeing opportunities
  • Ensure regular rent and service charge collection to maximize organizational income
  • Maintain properties and conduct health and safety checks to create a safe and supportive environment
Preferred Requirements:
  • Expertise in housing compliance and health and safety
  • Strong CRM skills to liaise effectively with support workers and external agencies
  • Organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Numeracy and literacy to GCSE level/NVQ 2 or equivalent
  • Proven experience in housing management or supported housing, particularly with individuals with complex needs
