New position - Our client is a company who provide services to the airport and airline industry, they are seeking someone to work within HR and support the HR Manager.

Duties will include:

- Supporting HR manager with new staff and onboarding process

- Assisting with recruitment and advertising new vacancies and filtering cv's

- Arrange training and keeping training records up to date

- Keeping personnel files up to date

- Carrying our employment checks to CAA standards

You should have experience working within a HR ADMIN type of position, ideally you will have experience working within the airport / cargo / logistics so have an understanding of the business and security requirements. You should have experience HR software, a good understanding of employment laws and strong PC skills. You will be the direct contact between the employees and senior HR.
