HR Administrator

Location: Royston

Duration: 10 month contract

Hourly rate: £15.00 PAYE

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide seamless support to a HR Operations team while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handling emails and HR system processes with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and facilitate seamless organisational changes.
  • Assist in employee on boarding processes and documentation.
  • Generate contracts, certificates, and reports with a keen eye for detail.
  • Deliver prompt and effective solutions to employee queries.
  • Produce standard HR reports and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background.
  • Previous HR experience in a confidential setting preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in database management.
  • Experience with Workday HR system is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
