HR Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a well established business in the manufacturing sector. Working as part of a wider HR team. This is a pivotal role in the HR team, contributing to the provision of an outstanding HR service.
Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:
- Being the first point of contact for all HR queries into the office
- Updating and maintaining the HR system, and producing reports
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
- Minute taking during HR meetings and sending out letters following the meetings
- Facilitating the probationary review process
- Managing absence notifications
- Co-ordinating the leaver process
- Supporting the team with a variety of HR projects
My client is looking for someone who has previous experience in providing generalist HR support, has excellent organisational skills and strong IT skills.
