Are you a HR Advisor, working towards your Level 5, looking to eventually progress into a management position within a global business?

On offer is the pivotal career opportunity to join a globally renowned leader in sustainable packaging, with clients including major players in F&B, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. You'll join a dynamic HR team, committed to fostering growth and innovation, supporting employees across two sites.
Your role involves providing comprehensive HR guidance, assisting managers and staff across the board. From recruitment and performance management to promoting employee engagement and managing rewards, you'll help shape a vibrant workplace culture.
This role would suit a HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it, ideally with any experience in manufacturing.
The role:
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Take responsibility for engagement surveys and high engagement levels
- Provide disciplinary and grievance advice to department managers
- Maintain HR systems and deal with general enquiries
- Mentor 3 junior members of staff
- Fully office based at Ledbury site with frequent travel to Evesham
The Person:
- HR professional with CIPD Level 5, or working towards it
- Ideally experience in a manufacturing environment
