HR Advisor - Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-17:00pm
Location: Ardwick (Hybrid Available)
Search Manchester are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a highly reputable property asset management company based in Ardwick.

Duties:

* Manage any employee relations including performance management, grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Providing support on the recruitment process; advertising jobs, screening candidates and conducting interviews.
* Guiding colleagues on HR policies, procedures and if necessary, employee legislation
* Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
* Maintaining HR records & databases
* Acting as a point of contact for any HR related queries and concerns.
* Supporting on the implementation of new L&D initiative, employee engagement activities and diversity initiatives.
* Ensuring we are compliant with all company policies and legal requirements through regular audits.

The right candidate will:

* Have previous experience in a HR role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law & HR best practices
* Have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience on the Microsoft Package and general computer systems.
* Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
* Health & Safety experience
* Confident
* Strong attention to detail
* Driving License (preferred)
