Description

The role of the HR Advisor will include:

  • Provide support to the Human Resources team in all areas of HR.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR-related queries from staff and provide appropriate advice and guidance.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
  • Assist with the management of staff performance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding HR.

Profile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

  • Previous HR experience
  • CIPD level 5
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
