Your new company
A small legal firm based in Manchester City Centre that provides high quality legal services to its clients. They are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is a brand-new role that has been developed due to growth. The company offers a flexible and hybrid working model and you can expect to join a supportive, friendly and collaborative team.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will advise the firm's team of solicitors, who act as employer of the 55 support workers teams who look after their clients in their homes. The role is hands-on and varied, with responsibilities including:

  • Employee relations (Low Level)
  • Redundancy
  • Absence management
  • Safeguarding
  • Performance management
  • Payroll administration

  • Caring and professional approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working in a similar role
