Our client are a well known multi-site business who are leaders in their field and are constantly evolveing and growing. They are looking for An experienced and credible HR Business Partner to join them to support the head office population of c300 people.


Responsible for business partnering with the Management team, in order to support them in building their people capability, planning and managing talent and developing approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.
The Business Partner will be commercially minded and understand the requirements and challenges in order to provide full generalist HR support to all employees in our support functions. This is a HR generalist role which will include supporting recruitment, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing.

Candidates should ideally come from a retail, hospitality, media or equally fast paced environment/industry.

Experience required:
• Previous HR experience at Business Partner level in a Head office role
• Experience of autonomously advising on all generalist HR matters, including ER issues, for example investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
• Experience of recruiting at Manager level, including conducting competency-based interviews
• Payroll administration experience preferable
• Expereince with M&A or organisational restructure advatageous
