H9 Human Resources are partnering with a fantastic organisation with a great HR team to hire for a HR Business Partner for a 15 month FTC Maternity Cover, Part-time hours.

HR Business Partner

15 month FTC

Part-time - 24-30 hours per week (3-4 days)

£45,000 - £48,000pa FTE

Hybrid - average 1 day pw in the office

This is a key role in the business, acting as a true business partner to your own areas. Working as part of a high-performing HR team, you'll have the opportunity to have a real impact on the organisation.

Duties include

  • Provide a consultative, responsive and proactive People business partnering service that supports delivery of a sustainable, high performing organisation and reinforces the organisation's values and ways of working.
  • Work collaboratively and commercially as an integral part of business area teams, influencing the development and the delivery of the People strategy, to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide advice and support to the People Advisor, leaders and managers regarding employee relations issues and on all aspects of the employee life cycle. Manage any escalating issues through to employment tribunals, as necessary.
  • Plan and drive the roll-out of key projects to support the People strategy
  • Involvement with recruitment, reward & support the effective implementation of department or organisational change programmes
  • Member of the Union Recognition agreement. Lead local relationships with internal union representatives, supporting early and informal resolution.

Requirements

  • An experienced HR Business Partner with a strong track record
  • Able to start June 2024 latest
  • CIPD qualified
