HR Business Partner

Then I have the opportunity for you - Reed HR are pleased to be supporting one of our core clients in the charitable sector, who are looking for a HR Business Partner, to assist the team with an ER caseload on a temporary basis for approx. 3 months with some potential for extension or permanency.

Interim People Partner

Full Time 37 hrs - 3 Days onsite in Edinburgh City Centre

Initial 3 Month Contract  

Salary Circa £36000 - £40000 (£140 - £153 Day Rate)

Start Date – Start of June

What you will do:

• Assist with an ER caseload, providing employment law advice for complex queries
• Work on a variety of HR projects
• Liaise with unions
• Complete other Ad Hoc HR Business Partner duties (recruitment, providing general advice, coaching managers)
