Exciting opportunity for experienced HR Business Partners to join a very well established organisation in Scunthorpe.

We are seeking two HR Business Partners - one to cover a vacant post working within services, the other one will focus on HR/OD project work in relation to transformation

  • 3 months’ rolling contract
  • Paying between £20.31 and £23.03 per hour PAYE - the equivalent of £39-£44.3k per annum
  • Full time - 37 hours per week

Supporting the Strategic Workforce Lead in business partnering arrangements with both internal and external customers, determining their HR requirements and offering appropriate business focussed solutions and consultancy advice.

Developing strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify HR, Learning and Development, and Health and Safety needs.

Implementing HR solutions and strategies to meet business need, drive change and improvement while ensuring legal compliance.

Brokering support from the HR Advisory Service, Learning and Development and Health and Safety Teams.

Influencing changes and improvements to HR Services and contributing to the development of effective management information systems.

Providing advice on a wide range of HR matters including employment legislation, workforce planning, change management, employee relations and performance management.

Contributing to joint consultative and negotiation meetings, providing professional advice and effecting change.
