Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be supporting a well know business with stunning offices in Bath in their search for an HR Officer to join their growing HR team.

This role is pivotal within the business and report directly to a team of HR Consultants.

Permanent

£29-30,000 + generous benefits package

Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm

Hybrid offered

Typical daily duties include:

  • Providing full end to end HR support to the regional HR Consultants
  • Acting as first point of call to employees for all related queries
  • Delivering administration services to the team, data input and database management
  • Ensuring any escalated issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing support for audit requests
  • Working with payroll to provide information in line with cut offs
  • Providing data for and preparing management information reports
  • Various other ad hoc duties

Ideally you will:

  • Be CIPD qualified (support towards level 5 will be provided)
  • Have a background as an HR Assistant
  • Have worked in a large and fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • Have strong MS Office experience
