HVAC Contracts Manager

HVAC Contract required for our client, a specialist Air Conditioning & FM Service Provider that has been trading for over 7 years. Our client specialises in the installation, maintenance & service of Air Conditioning units throughout the South. Our client is seeking an HVAC Contracts Manager to join their team.

The HVAC Contracts Manager will be required to manage and deliver projects within Commercial & Residential properties across the South East. Project values will vary from £1k - £250k and the Contracts Manager can expect to handle multiple projects at any one time. The Project Manager will be tasked with managing projects from inception to handover and will be responsible for site surveys & quotations, the Project Manager will also be responsible for direct sales to residential & commercial properties.

It is expected that the suitable candidate will hold a full Driving Licence & will ideally have some Project/Sales management experience however, Senior Engineers who are looking for progression will be considered for this position.

HVAC Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Live in the South East
• Strong Air Conditioning knowledge/experience
• 5 years' previous experience within the HVAC industry
• Full UK Licence

HVAC Contracts Manager Position Remuneration

• £52,000-£60,000 OTE
• Commission structure
• Company van provided; company car provided after successful probationary period
• Further package details to be discussed
