This role is for you if you are an experienced Administrator with experience of working within an IFA business. Paying a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, this opportunity is for those looking to become part of a dynamic team within a well-respected firm, where your contributions will be valued and your professional growth supported.
The Business:
An Independent financial advisers offering quality financial planning and investment advice to both individual and business clients in Bristol, the South-West and throughout the UK.
The role:
You will join the existing team in providing exceptional support to the Paraplanners and Advisors.
This will include gathering and organising information for client review meetings, ensuring that clients are always prepared and informed. Maintaining accurate client records taking great care to keep the back-office systems current and reliable. You will be expected to respond to client inquiries and manage a variety of ad-hoc requests, process new business applications and actively engage with product providers and other third-party suppliers.
