Insurance Broker / Client Director (Real Estate)

£80,000 - £110,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

London / Hybrid Working

The Company:

Your new company, is a market leading and global Lloyd's Broker, who now have an exciting opportunity for you to join their organisation as a Client Director / Broker within their extremely successful Real Estate Division.

This exciting position comes with generous benefits, bonus and a car allowance and is an excellent opportunity for a London Market professional with extensive experience in Property / Real Estate Insurance.

The Role

  • Responsible for the delivery of enhanced services to Clients
  • Compiling and delivering Client service plans and scheduled visits tailored to their needs
  • Organising and attending Insurer review meetings and relaying detailed feedback to contribute to the development of the relationship
  • Supporting both the Vice Present and Senior Vice President’s Communities to set examples to colleagues and showing the positive execution of tasks within these
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with Insurers, Lawyers and Loss Adjusters
  • Managing renewal income to minimal budget levels to reflect that of the agreed team objectives
  • Developing and generating new revenue opportunities through business development and attending networking events

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Proactive , forward thinking and entrepreneurial approach to all aspects of the role
