The Client:
Our client is a growing, global, manufacturing organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor to cover Maternity leave within their small yet supportive HR team.
  • 4 days onsite.in Washington.
  • Half day Friday WFH.
  • Gym on site plus other benefits.


The Role:
This is an exiting role for a hands on, operational HR generalist who has solid Advisor experience within a busy environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting all levels of operational management regarding the full Employment Life cycle. 
  • Guide and coach managers in employee relations concerns, including discipline and grievance, capability, performance management and absence management processes. Ensure all paperwork is fully complete and processes followed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Upskill and educate all supervisors and managers on HR best practice to improve abilities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure that the Employee Review process is undertaken properly, with all employees receiving feedback reviews and coaching to support their continued career growth
  •  Manage employee health surveillance with occupational health.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.

Aspects of recruitment, training and development, systems/processes and project work will also be part of this generalist role.
