Interim Internal Communications Manager

Four-month fixed term contract supporting a leading brand in delivering their internal communications and engagement plan whilst the business recruit into the role permanently.

Supported by an Internal Communications Executive you would be responsible for the delivery of:

• Translating the annual communications plan into a tactical communications plan
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of internal communications engaging the workforce in key messages to build a sense of belonging
• Delivering support to key urgent messaging across multiple audiences
• Delivery of engagement initiatives across key communications pillars such as ED&I, Charity week, wellbeing etc
• Ensure collaboration across key departments to keep topics on message and on brand.

This is a great opportunity to parachute in to create the annual communications plan and support in delivery of communications strategy - designed to improve engagement scores and build on being a great place to work.

You must have previously worked within a fast paced commercial business - ideally retail or manufacturing, and bring with you a proven track record in delivering quickly against key objectives.

The role can be delivered truly flexibly - you will need to attend an office to be visible, accessible and to engage with your stakeholders but not every day.
