<u>The role</u>

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic internal communications manager to be based at our Nottingham office.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive, Director of People & Culture and Director of Marketing and will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our internal communications strategy; ensuring all messages align with our culture, brand values and tone of voice. With a strong understanding of our strategy, you’ll be researching content ideas in addition to liaising with colleagues across the business to seek out opportunities for new and engaging content.

Your role will consist of:

  • Delivering key messages,
  • Managing internal communications channels
  • Ensuring consistent and timely communication of important company information.

 With a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, candidates will need an understanding of Sharepoint intranets along with a creative approach and excellent writing and editing skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work to multiple deadlines along with excellent interpersonal skills is also essential.
