Job Overview:
Seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop and implement a robust internal communications strategy that enhances employee engagement and promotes company values. This role involves creating impactful content, managing communication channels, and advocating for a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute an internal communications strategy in line with business objectives.
- Deliver clear and engaging messages to staff across various platforms, ensuring inclusivity for all employees.
- Oversee the production of internal publications and digital content.
- Organise and support internal events that boost employee interaction and communication.
- Analyse communication effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to tailor messages and maintain alignment with broader communication goals.

What we are looking for:
- Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Experience in internal communications and strategy implementation.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to engage diverse employee groups.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a valid UK Driving Licence.
