OA are working with a well-established charity, hiring an experienced Internal Recruiter (Part-Time) to support the ongoing growth of their volunteers and paid staff.

• 22.5 hours per week (flexibility available)
• £20,000 per annum / £17.09 per hour
• Permanent
• 27 days holiday (pro rata) + Bank Holidays

Internal Recruiter - Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance recruitment strategies with People Team, using social media and job boards
• Organise events for paid staff and volunteers, targeting challenging recruitment areas
• Developing partnerships to boost volunteer and staff flow
• Innovate recruitment initiatives for community and corporate groups
• Support volunteer application monitoring and manager guidance
• Address volunteer issues in compliance with Equalities Act
• Provide regular reports on volunteer progress to leadership
• Offer flexible support across People Team functions
• Stay updated on recruitment methods through networking

Internal Recruiter - Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within Recruitment/Talent Acquisition – in house or agency
• Proven strengths in talent attraction
• Creative approach, able to implement new ideas
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Comfortable utilising data/metrics to drive success
