We are a leading oil and gas services company in Aberdeen, Scotland, providing innovative solutions to our clients across the UK and beyond. We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and friendly team and support our sales operations.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team

Creating and reviewing sales reports

Offering after-sales support to customers

Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests

Keeping customers updated with relevant product information and expected delivery dates

Liaison with Internal & External Sales Team and other departments as required

Processing of purchase orders and creating job packs for the workshops

Updating planner for our busy workshops

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role

Knowledge of the oil and gas industry and its products and services

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

A positive and proactive attitude
