This role is for an Invoice & Billing Team Member within an established industrial / manufacturing organisation located in Addlestone.

Description

  • Processing and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Handling billing enquiries from clients and resolving them promptly.
  • Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to rectify any billing errors.
  • Keeping track of all transactions and updating customer files.
  • Coordinating with the finance team to ensure all payments are made on time.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of billing processes.

Profile

A successful Invoice & Billing Team Member should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
