IT Service Desk Team Lead - Bristol - £35,000

My client is an incredibly exciting and fast growing MSP based just outside of Bristol. They work to provide expert IT Support to a range of businesses, primarily in the hospitality sector.

They are searching for an energetic, dedicated and ambitious service desk team lead to guide their award winning service desk whilst the company goes from strength to strength.

The Role

You will be tasked with managing and mentoring the service desk team, this will allow you to build leadership experience and provide an excellent starting point for internal progression.

The role is customer facing and you will be charged with evolving and improving an already outstanding service desk team.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with escalations from the 1st and 2nd support staff
• Training and upskilling staff
• Managing technicians
• Delivering first class technical support
• Managing a ticketing system
• Service desk performance reviews

Key experience

• Customer service
• Experience with a Ticketing system
• Servers (AD DS, DNS,DHCP)
• Windows server 2012,2016,2019
• Microsoft windows 7 - 11
• Routers, network topologies, managed switches

Desirable experience

• Team management experience
• ITIL V3/4
• VMware
• Draytek Routers
• 3CX
