IT Support Team Leader

• Provide user support for core IT systems
• Ensure all service SLAs are being met
• Assist users with 3rd party software support specific to their departments
• Troubleshoot basic network problems, diagnosing and solving faults, cabling and patching
• Produce procedural documentation and how-to guides for technicians and end users

To apply for this IT Support Team Leader role, you will need previous experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:

• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android operating systems in a business environment utilising MDM platforms
• Experience with server management - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, wireless management
• Excellent problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
