IT Support
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support in line with SLA's.
- Assist in the use of business applications, technology and provide assistance with solutions.
- Ensuring that IT remains operational, fit for purpose and an asset to the business.
- Working with the business infrastructure and applications, ensuring security of information, and working with sensitive data
- Investigate and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Maintain and configure company technology.
- Implement projects and be involved in continuous improvement.
- Conduct system changes and upgrades.
- Be a part of the organisational security implementations.
What you'll need:Able to troubleshoot common hardware, operating system, and application software as well as access and permission issues on a wide range of technologies including:
- Microsoft and Apple desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Device peripherals and screen sharing technologies e.g. Apple TV and Airplay.
- Video, projectors, displays, sound bars, sound and lighting desks, PA, speakers and microphones, cameras and recording devices, encoders/decoders, and AV software.
- Multi-function devices and printers & IP-based phone systems.
- Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Active Directory
