We are seeking an aspiring UX researcher / customer success manager / business analyst to join a successful software house with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovation. You will the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and value from our clients’ products.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and represent their requirements within the business.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their business goals, adoption of our products, and gather insights for improvement.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries regarding new features, product usage, and enhancements.
  • Write clear and concise user stories based on customer input to guide product development and enhancements.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product team and developers to plan and execute product releases, including content planning and release meetings with customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction and relationship building.
  • Some experience with agile project management methodologies, particularly in creating user stories.
  • Strong interview skills, including human-centric design or design thinking approaches.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and explanations to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for understanding customer needs and driving customer success initiatives.
