ROLE: Junior Designer

Fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning B Corp full service creative agency in London

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and designs across brand insight and strategy, communications, branding, social media or live events.
- Assist in creating visual assets for various digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, and brochures
- Create motion graphics for social campaigns and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design and advertising
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness

Skills & Experience

- Experience working in a creative agency
- Able to present a portfolio of relevant design work
- You should be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects (or other similar editing and animation software).
- A clear understanding of typography, layout and colour
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary & Benefits

- £30-32k
- Hybrid working, 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
