Location: Ashford, Kent
Emma at TN Recruits Law is currently working alongside one of Kent's leading law firms, who place the highest value on client care and the quality of their services. They are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

Located in Ashford, they represent a broad range of industries, with a focus on employment matters and settlement agreements. If successful, you will join them in an environment where everyone works together cohesively, fostering an open-door policy and promoting team activities through their social committee.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified (NQ) to 2 years' experience
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in employment law
- Exposure to employment disputes involving both companies and individuals
- Ideally, experience in dispute resolution/litigation/family law (witness statements)
- Consideration for commercial property experience (not conveyancing)
- Handle employment matters, including settlement agreements
- Resolve employment disputes for both companies and individuals
- Work across a broad range of industries, with a focus on corporate London-based companies
- Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced specialists
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing our positive work environment
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
