An award winning National House builder are looking to recruit a Junior Site Manager to manage a new build housing project in Dudley, West Midlands

The role:
As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will initially work as an Assistant and then be promoted to Site Manager to have overall responsibility for running a 200 unit large busy new build housing project in Dudley. You will report to a Project Manager and manage an Assistant Site Manager.
The houses are mid-range quality homes and range from 2/3/4 bedrooms(semi and detached)and production is vast.
You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Person:

It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager,Junior Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager in a similar new build volume house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.
