Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an L&D Officer on a permanent basis for a social housing provider in West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of colleagues.
Responsibilities of the L&D Officer includes:
- Working with L&D colleagues and the wider People Team to understand business needs and design and deliver engaging solutions
- Delivering new starter welcome sessions to ensure they are onboarded effectively
- Contributing to the assessment of learning interventions
- Taking briefs from teams to design bespoke development programmes for leadership, management and coaching
- Highlight performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning to meet these needs
- Ensuring colleagues have access to a range of growth and development opportunities
- Setting up and tracking success measure and learning outcomes
Requirements of the L&D Officer includes:
- Experience within an L&D role
- Stakeholder engagement
- Experience of designing and delivering learning plans
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
