£30,000- £32,000

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an L&D Officer on a permanent basis for a social housing provider in West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of colleagues.

Responsibilities of the L&D Officer includes:

  • Working with L&D colleagues and the wider People Team to understand business needs and design and deliver engaging solutions
  • Delivering new starter welcome sessions to ensure they are onboarded effectively
  • Contributing to the assessment of learning interventions
  • Taking briefs from teams to design bespoke development programmes for leadership, management and coaching
  • Highlight performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning to meet these needs
  • Ensuring colleagues have access to a range of growth and development opportunities
  • Setting up and tracking success measure and learning outcomes

Requirements of the L&D Officer includes:

  • Experience within an L&D role
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of designing and delivering learning plans
  • CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
