This well-known brand are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their existing & expanding team.

THE ROLE

As a Lead Data Scientist for the business you will:

• Translate senior stakeholders requirements into a clear roadmap for the Data Science team
• Analyse customer data to understand the customer journey and build customer churn models
• Build recommendation systems for more personalised marketing to customers
• Work with engineers to productionise Machine Learning models
• Manage a team small of Data Scientists

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong academic background to Degree level in a numerical subject
• Commercial experience as a Data Scientist
• Experience deploying models into production in a cloud environment.
• Experience working in a customer-facing industry is essential
• Team management experience
• Good communication skills
• Tech: Python, SQL, AWS / GCP / Azure

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Basic salary - £65,000-£75,000
• Hybrid working
• Benefits package
